My day started at All Saints’ Church in Ballymena with shots of Paul with his party. I took lots of candid pictures of the guests as they arrived – these don’t usually appear in the finished wedding album layout but are lovely to have and share with friends and family.
Micaela and the bridal party arrived and we headed into the beautiful church for the service.
It was then off to Leighinmohr House, also in Ballymena, for the wedding reception. I always seem to get great weather when shooting weddings at this hotel!
We headed to the riverside garden at the hotel and I had really great fun with the bridal party – actually the bridesmaids were crazy! 🙂 Lots of laughs during the photoshoot makes my job very easy!
Towards the end of the shoot, tried a little off-camera flash – something a little different.
We then headed to the garden closer to the hotel for the family groups and the group shot of everyone! You always get one that waves! lol!
We headed back into the stunning hotel ballroom for a few window portraits before the guests were called in for the traditional speeches before the dinner.

A great couple, a fun bridal party, and a stunning venue – what more could I ask for?
